Time Checklist for ExhibitorLive 2017

ExhibitorLive 2017, the most awaited annual event, is coming up soon! You may have already begun to prepare for the trade show. To avoid your last-minute hitch, BoothConstructions.com has summed up the vital guidelines for the show beneficial for service providers as well as trade show marketers or managers.

Here is your required time- checklist-

  •   Installation: The installation for exhibits will begin from Friday, March 10 and will end on Sunday, March 12.  The time frame shall remain from 8:00 to 16:30.
  •  Hours of Dismantling: The dismantling hours for the trade show booths will vary on different days. The day and time structure for the procedure will be as following:
    – March 15, Wednesday: 3:30 to 20:00
    – March 16, Thursday: 8:00 to 00:00
    – March 17, Friday: 6:00 to 8:00 (Only for Load Out).
  • Entry for Attendees: The trade show attendees can get entry into the exhibit hall beginning from March 13, Monday to March 15, Wednesday. Timings shall remain from 11:30 to 15:30.
  • Strategic Partner: Exhibitor Live has introduced new hours for the Strategic Partners at the show including Manufacturers, Distributors, Service Suppliers and Dealers. Their admission at the exhibit hall will begin on March 14, Tuesday until March 15, Wednesday. The time frame will be from 10:00 to 11:30 on both days.
  • Admission Hours for Exhibitors: Admission for the Exhibitors and their Personnel will be as per the given time-grid:
    – March 10, Friday – March 11, Sunday: 8:00 to 16:30
    – March 13, Monday – March 14, Tuesday: 8:00 to 15:30
    – March 15, Wednesday: 8:00 to 20:00
    – March 16, Thursday: 8:00 to 00:00
    – March 17, Friday: 6:00 to 8:00
  • Exhibitors Registration Hours: The registration period for the exhibitors has varied time-span for three different days.

– March 11, Saturday: 12:00 to 16:00
– March 12, Sunday: 8:00 to 17:30
– March 13 – 15, Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 to 15:30

  •  Networking Reception: Exhibitor Live invites the exhibitor staff to the Welcome Reception that is held on March 13, Monday from 18:30 to 19:30. Individuals will be allowed with ExhibitorLive badges only.
